The Network Earth Village is a NGO (Non-Governmental
Organization) for environment & peace, established in 1991. Our aim is to realize a sustainable
society in peace, happiness and harmony.
We deal with many aspects of today's world issues, such as environmental
degradation, peace and war, hunger, poverty, discrimination, terrorism,
etc. and work towards solving these problems from its root-cause
by raising public awareness, through public lectures, symposiums,
various activities and campaigns, networking globally with international
CSO(Civil Society Organization)/NGOs = a "United
Global Citizens" and suggesting concrete policy measures
working with various local and national municipal authorities.
Current membership is over 125,000 individual members world-wide and increasing
with more than 120 domestic group members. (as of July, 2005)
